The rough patch

Okay, finally, we have reached this patch too. The rough patch, love. It’s like the kind of stage when you are just about getting comfortable with each other, and then it hits you. And hits you real bad too. That where is the romance. Well, not the romance ‘romance’, but the other type of it.

Okay, now we are comfortable in our sweats around each other. Un-waxed legs are also not too much of a problem, em, at least for me. Eating with hands is cool. Family stories are no longer hush-hush. Other friends are, well, the others now.

It’s alright and all that, until an email from astrology.com shows up(and wakes me up) that says

Are You Two Best Friends and Lovers?

Best friends alright, but where did the lovers vanish, mon chéri?!

Routine - 1

Though it feels like forever, but a finger count tells me otherwise. It’s only been about 3 weeks that we’ve been living together. As in, after I have officially moved in.

And life is good.

Damn good.

We have fallen into a routine. Thank God for that. Though I goof up, once in a while and don’t wake up in time for work. But other than that we’re sorted. At least in this respect.

This is how our day unfolds.

For me

Stupid alarm disturbing my peace

At 6 in the morning

For even more stupider walk/jog/run

Need to lose weight

Shut up, erm, hit snooze

It’s 6.30

Still time for the stupid walk/jog/run

Still need to lose weight

Still shut up/ snooze

It’s 7

I need my sleep

Shut the F up, wouldja?

It’s 7.30

Dammit, we’re late

Scramble outta the bed. Rush to the bathroom, brush in the mouth, rush to the closet, he’s laughing at me, I smile back- trying hard to keep the brush in mouth, rush back to the bathroom.

Life still is good.

I am feeling like.. well.. bleh.
'tis an interesting state to be in. wherein everything and everyone just about manages to make you feel , well.. bleh.
maybe it's that time of the year. the time before my b'day. the time when generally, everything around me just about falls apart. and then starts getting in motion again only post the b'day. sigh. lemme wait for it then. :)
