Going out

We’re going out tonight.

Yay!

Yay because, it is a weeknight. Yay because, I have not gone out in a long time now. Yay because, it was unexpected, unplanned and sudden.

Al called up to ask about my plans for the night. Except for cooking chhole for him(he likes ‘em, very much), I didn’t have any. Weeknight, you see. One of his friend is playing at HRC. He called to ask him to come over. So we are going.

Feels like a date.

Dammit, in retrospect, should have blown dried the hair in the morning and worn those ear rings kept right there.
